When we receive a custom order, the first thing we do is check the fabric. We take a piece of the fabric and compare it with the approved sample the client has sent us. We look at the color under the same light, and we also check the hand feel, the weight and the composition to make sure everything matches.
By doing this check at the very beginning, we can find any difference before production starts. If something is not right, we deal with it right away instead of discovering it later.
In this way, we avoid color mismatch and quality problems, and we build a good reputation that makes our clients trust us.
Quality Inspection & Bulk Production
After the fabric passes the check, we move on to a quality inspection. We inspect and test the fabrics, the ingredients and the accessories carefully. Using cloth inspection machines, we run the fabric under a light so we can see its surface clearly and quickly.
This helps us find all the defects that affect quality, such as leaking needle, holes, oil stains and other problems. Only the fabrics that pass the inspection are accepted.
Once everything is confirmed, we start producing the bulk fabrics. Doing the inspection step by step at the beginning of production helps us deliver goods that are consistent and reliable.

When we start producing the bulk order, we take measurement very seriously. We measure every part of the bag with professional tools and write down the exact numbers. Then we compare them with what our client has required, to make sure the size is right - nothing more, nothing less.
We follow the client's requirements strictly, from the main dimensions down to the smallest details. If we find any difference, we correct it immediately before the production continues.
By doing this, we make sure the final products come out exactly as our client expects.
Full Inspection of Every Bag
After the bulk production is finished, we do not pack the bags right away. We check the quality of every single bag one by one. Each bag is looked at carefully to make sure it is clean, well sewn and free from any defects.
If a bag has any problem, we take it out and fix it or replace it before packing. In this way, no defective bag will reach our clients.
Checking every bag takes more time, but it gives our clients peace of mind and helps us keep our promise of good quality.
